The Skinny Review:
Really enjoyed this song from indie singer-songwriter Riley Burns, from his new EP Stirling Ave. It has a folky, alt-country feel with great vocals and solid melodies.

"Releasing music during a global pandemic has been both strange and rewarding. This has been something I’ve been working towards for some time. Songwriting was initially a mental health exercise for me, and it’s been special to formulate a lot of these lived experiences and thoughts into songs. I hope that my music can resonate with people.
Many of these songs were first scribbled down in a notebook at my old house on Stirling Avenue. The house has since been torn down, and the notebook lost, but the songs remain. This EP focuses on growth and transition. Whether it be relationships, vices, health or a home, there is always value in a bit of self-reflection, and working towards greater things in the future."
