“Been Around” captures one last blast of summer through shades of pop, punk, and garage rock. Naturally, we chose the setting of a pool party to capture the visual side of this track.

This song ultimately captures the reality that life can be altogether exciting and completely suck at the exact same moment. And that’s OK. It’s important to keep that perspective and enjoy what is good, while refusing to ignore what is wrong. After all, a funeral can still be a party."
